When you switch to another database the selected profile will now show its tags in the "Set Tags" window.

So far I thought that this is only a display problem. Select another profile and switch back and the tags are properly shown.

But: if you actually set a tag directly after switching databases, then the original tags are lost and only the set tag is in the profile.
