If I click on the "All Pending Updates" tab in the Contributions page, I've been getting this page instead for the last week or so:

Unexpected Error

An unexpected error has occurred while processing your request. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Notification has been sent to support personnel so they may address the issue.

If this error persists, try the following:

Close your browser, reopen it and visit the page again
    Clear your browser's internet cache
    Clear your browser's stored cookies

If you'd like to add a brief note to this report, please use the space below to tell us anything about the circumstances of the error that might help us reproduce and correct it: [Notes, if any, here]

Since it's a page error and not a software error, how would this get fixed? I've tried all three suggestions offered above, but nothing works.
My one wish for the DVD Profiler online database: Ban or remove the disc-level profiles of TV season sets. It completely screws up/inflates the CLT.
FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it!

It appears there's an entry in your collection with a blank title, which was causing a problem.  I trapped the error so the page should load, but you should probably re-upload your collection too.

Thanks, Ken. That profile, of The Dark Knight Rises, has an extra leading zero (first number). So instead of the 12 digit UPC, this one has 13 (0-883929-281909 when it should be 883929-281909, which is already in the db.) So once that gets approved and I remove it, it will probably go away.

EDIT: It went away.  I just put .... for the title (until it's approved) and the error is gone now.
