hi there,

I have a number of entries in my database that show up as history for the various DVDs, but not in the User history.  Is there a maximum number of entries that I've hit, or something?

No,
AFAIK there is no maximum of entries, at least it wasn't hit yet by any of the users (and there are collections with far above 10,000 entries).

More likely is that the entries not showing up are those with rating 18 up.

Make sure that your Online Collection Settings has Visibility of Adult titles flagged for Private and Public listing.
The "Recent Purchases"-listing will never show the 18+ titles though.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

What number of user history events are we talking about?
