Some titles not recognized!

When I click certain titles on my list the info from the previous title stays on the screen and I cannot edit or remove the title I clicked on.  Any suggestions?

Do a database repair... should take care of the problem for you...

Go to... Tools-->Options-->Utilities-->Repair Profile Database.
