Every time i try add new dvds the program crash's

Every time i try add new dvds the program crash's, i have restarted it, done a database recover, uninstalled and reinstalled but it just wont let me add any more dvds

When you say database recover, do you mean a database restore?

Try a Database Repair if you haven't already:

Tools ---> Options ---> Utilities ---> Repair Profile Database
