No Disk Error

Hello! I didn't find this when searching, so i apologize if this error is addressed else where.
I've been using DVDProfiler for quite awhile and recently started having an error every time that i open the program. Its a red X error and says: dvdpro.exe No Disk
"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into the drive \Device\Harddisk3\DR3"
I can either Cancel, Try Again, or Contine. I Continue and its fine.  Help!

Did you do any changes to your hardware-setup lately?
Especially change the IDE- and/or SATA plugging on your mainboard?
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

No recent hardware changes. Only thing I've done differently lately is I've been using a Western Digital My Passport External HD occasionally.
