Haven't entered new disc in a while, opened up program to find database empty

I had about 500 discs logged. I have a backup, but it's a little outdated, and as we store our discs alphabetically, I'm not sure what discs the backup would be missing.

Any ideas as to what may have happened, and where I could look for my database?

Not sure what happened to you... but I do see you have 503 on your online collection site.

So all you have to do is

1. Click the DVD Profiler Online icon (looks like a world with 2 green arrows)
2. Sign in... Click Next
3. Select Download... click Next
4. Click Next again to download your collection from the site

This should have all your info. But the one thing it won't have is any cover art that you had locally only (different version... higher quality etc. that you scanned yourself?).
