Is it possible to change the UPC?

I have French versions of american DVDs (different UPC, disk ID, language, cover, etc).  I would like to clone the existing american DVD profile, so I do not have to re-enter everything (like cast for example) and only modify what has to be modified.  I can do that no problem, except for the UPC.  Is there a way to change the UPC ?  Or another way to save me re-entering everything?

Menu command DVD, Change UPC.  Also change the locality as necessary.
