Sons of Anarchy problem

When I download Sons of Anarchy: The Complete Edition UPC#9788585965884 USA I only get the cover art and the disc id and nothing else. No cast/crew or other info even thou I can see all the info when I preview it. Does anyone else have this problem?

Just downloaded the profile without any problem.

First two things you should do:
1) make a backup of your database
2) do a database-repair

If the repair doesn't solve the problem, try refreshing the SoA-profile afterwards.
