| Posted: | | | | An Ingmar Bergman BD boxset of 5 films was released last month (this one here). The database entry has it down as one disc without child profiles for the discs within the box. (Each film comes in a separate case.) I'm therefore trying to create profiles for each film. Unfortunately, I don't have a BD drive on my PC, so I can't scan the discs IDs. The cases have no EAN, and I can't add duplicate the one from the boxset. I've created a profile for each film, but the database won't accept them (obviously) for release because I can't prove they're real. Do I need someone with a set to check the discs for the IDs, or is there some other way round this? |

| Posted: | | | | No other way around it that I know of. I believe you would have to wait until someone with a bd drive to add them. Until then you can have the manual profiles in your local at least. | | | Pete |

That is why I would implore anyone who contributes BD-Box-Sets: Insert the Disc-IDs if you can!Yes, I'm aware that this is against the Contribution Rules, but it would make it possible for people like AlunH and me to create those child-profiles with a little help from BulkEdit. cya, Mithi | | | Mithi's little XSLT tinkering - the power of XML --- DVD-Profiler Mini-Wiki |
