I just did an upgrade from version 2.7 to 2.8 and I have lost a lot of my dvd's in the list. I have the complete 11 years of M.A.S.H. but now since the upgrade it is only listing for 6 years. Also, I have the complete 8 years of Home Improvement. Now I am only seeing 4 years listed.

I have had this problem before. It is a BIG pain in the ---- to have to reinstall all this info everytime I do something new on your program. I am about ready to remove the program and find another one that works.

Never seen or heard of this happening before. Did you make a back-up before you upgraded? If so just restore the back-up and all should be fine.

If not.... do you have your collection online? You can restore from there as well... but if you have some local only images... you won't be able to get them back this way.

And this is your first post?????

Anyway, you are posting in the user forum that is mostly monitored by users like yourself.

If you have a serious issue with the program, especially if you are losing data, you should also use the official Support process. Deal with the company, Invelos, and its support team directly biy opening a ticket. The forum is a great augment to the support process, but it does not substitute for it.

Best of luck. We are always concerned and sympathetic when our colleagues are having troubles. We will help all we can, but it seems you need the "big guns."
Thanks for your support.
