Since updating to 3.8 I can no longer see all movies I have that an actor is in.  this is done by cbl clicking on the actors image and a new window pops up showing all the movies he or she is in.  Since 3.8 it shows no movies.

At the bottom of the opened box, there should be options with your categories in it that you click on to see them all. Such as ordered and wish list. This is a new feature. If this doesn't help, perhaps a database repair would help?

I see the following buttons at the bottom:

a plus sign, sort by title, show, jump to title, and close,

if you mean select show then i can tell you nothing happens and eventurally i get a software report error window.

i have rebuilt my db several times and has no errors

don't know what you mean by "options with your categories in it"....  thanks.

Klicking on "Show" should open a context menu with your collections – usually "Owned", "Ordered", "Wish List", and after a break line your custom collections if you use any. In that context menu you should be able to choose, from what collection you want to see Cast/Crew credits.

But if you can't open that menu without causing an error, something is probably messed up in your OS environment and/or the client software itself. Rebuilding/repairing your local Database won't help, sounds IMO more like you should open a Support Ticket.

How do I open a suppport ticket?

I can tell you that long ago when i first purchased the software I installed a plugin that was focused on including actors and and crew members called "Cast_Crew_1_3".  Don't see it on the site anymore but my db was changed from day one after including this plugin.

Another member is having the same problem (in case you want to test some of the suggestions mentioned in that topic,) but the issue is thus far unresolved.
