This is nothing new, but I haven't seen this in a while. I made a contribution for Game of Thrones (US) which made several changes. Contribution was accepted and released. Now if I preview changes I can see the old data coming back which my contribution just corrected. If I try to recontribute I get "There were no changes detected in the contribution from the latest accepted profile".

EDIT: It seems that program restart fixes the issue, but still a bug. I'm running 3.8.
