One suggestion:
- Give it whatever name you want
- Make an Icon if you want
- Select the option NOT to include in owned
- Select option for non-global collection numbers
- For priority, use TAGS or assign collection numbers (e.g. 1,2,3 ...) manually in whatever scheme you want

Not a real wishlist, but maybe close enough???
