Once a report is run showing your collection, is there a way to save it to a file so that it can be sent to someone for them to look at.  As it stands, one can only print the reports and this can take up to 100 pages to print depending on the report selected.  I am running the new beta (build 1482) also, and its only report output is to the printer.

You can try something like PDF Creator. It will let you "print" your report into a PDF file.

On Windows 7 you have the printer “Microsoft XPS Document Writer” to produce such files.

fyi ... Also available in vista.  I think that has been around for a while.

You used to be able to create a TEXT printer.  Don't know if you still can as I prefer PDF but it should be there.
