I've often wondered just how many profiles DVDP can handle

It was kinda scary when I ran across this...

That's over 25 TIMES the size of my database!!

I hope it's running on a monster PC!

Sounds like wishful thinking of an unimaginative dreamer, with no friends and no money.
We don't need stinkin' IMDB's errors, we make our own.

I don't have the habit to use the wishlist
For me it's a kind of strange, because how come you can choose the exact version of the movie you want for example
And to be franc, if I had the money and space, i would by all so i should put all the DVDP database in it

For the size of the maximum, i would be interested to know it too and the time needed to save it
because with my "medium" collection, i find that the backup is very long so with this kind of size....

I've 3310 titles (with child discs it should bring the overall to at about 4100 individual entries) in my collection right now but I also don't use the wishlist. I just add'em when I buy'em.

Considering that mine is a small collection, backup still takes quite some time as I also have all cast/crew headshots stored directly in the database.

Small in terms of what? Just to clarify what you mean. In comparison to the size of other peoples collection? Or the amount of data DvD Profiler can handle?

Fair enough just i consider a collection of 3000 to be rather large

I use the Wish List all the time - I use it to keep track of friend's movie recommendations.

A highly overrated film but still rather enjoyable. For a start it would have been much better with some Sean Connery in it. But instead Mel decided to be a cheapskate and hire a bunch of Irishmen.

Also i have not updated my online collection for a very long time.
