I come you ask of the help because I meet a problem with my possessed DVD. DVD Profiler rest blocked in 595 while in my collection, I have 605 of it of numbered.
I repaired the base, deleted the saving to return to a previous version and so uninstalled / reinstalled the software but nothing to make I always remain blocked in 595 in them possessed.
Anybody would have a solution please? I use Windows 7.
Saddened if my English is not very understandable, I am French and I use a translator. Thank you in advance. |

See if the numbering changes, then redo your preferred ordering type.

To solve the problem:
- right-click in the collection list header
- flag "Count As..." "Ascending"
- Check the first 10 for their "Count As" value (to be found in the profile editor -> "Personal" tab) | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!

I also looked at the values for " account as " and they are exact.
The problem comes especially whom the added DVD last ones are very present in the list but not counted. |

To refresh your online collection use DVDProfiler menu "Online -> DVDProfiler Online ..." choose "Upload". | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
