| Posted: | | | | On DVD Profiler for iOS when updating profiles I got the following error:
Error synchronizing profile 097360683042:***- [NSConcreteMutableDatagetBytes:range:]: range {35468, 4} exceeds data length 35470
Click OK and Update fails to complete.
Checked DVD Profiler desktop and the following error message was displayed after iOS failed to update:
A database error occurred.
The following error occurred. Database errors may indicate a problem with one of the data files.
We recommend you select the repair option via Tools>Options>Utilities.
DBISAM Engine Error # 10249 General lock failure with the table 'COLLECTION'
I proceeded to do a Database Repair:
Error rebuilding index keys for physical record # 5458, error fixed but physical record deleted
Error rebuilding index keys for physical record # 5459, error fixed but physical record deleted
Two records were deleted. Now how in the world do I find out which of my 2 profiles were deleted? | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection | | | Last edited: by Bad Father |

| Posted: | | | | That's probably a question better suited for the desktop forum. All I can say is that the profile that caused the original error was Once Upon A Time In The West. |

Yea...I looked up the UPC in my collection after the error occurred and saw it was "Once Upon a Time in the West". Don't know why it would have caused an error as it's an older profile that hasn't been updated since June of last year . In order to find the two records that were deleted I copied my online list to MS Excel and then uploaded the new list after the database repair. I then copied the new online list to Excel and compared the two lists: Same number of titles both in my Owned list and in my Wish List . It doesn't look like any profiles were actually deleted. I guess "record" could mean just about anything. Everything is working fine now. | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
