If you can still read the UPC after burning your DVDs:

Menu "DVD"
-> "Add to Collection..."
-> "Add by UPC"
Don't confuse while the film is playing with when the film is played. [Ken Cole, DVD Profiler Architect]

Add DVD -> By Title -> uncheck "Download profile from Invelos" in the lower left corner
DVD hinzufügen -> Nach Titel -> deaktiviere ""Profil von Invelos herunterladen" in der linken unteren Ecke

Just follow DJ Doena's directions, and ignore bbbbb's weird sense of humour, and you'll be fine.

Self-burnt DVDs can be profiled in the form of a so-called manual profile, which is what DJ Doena's guidelines will create.

I have been able to enter my burned DVD's via the Add by Disc ID method. Just un-check the Download Profile from

Add to Collection>Add by Inserted Disc, may have to enter title manually. Uncheck the Download Profile from Invelos in the lower left corner. And then click on Add DVD.

or on the By Title tab, un-check the Download Profile from Invelos as above, add Title manually and click on Add DVD.

When you have entered all the burned DVD's click on the "Add Now to..." button in the lower right corner.

Problem with CubbyUps' method is that often self-burnt DVDs do not have a stable Disc ID. Which means that DVDProfiler will not recognize the DVD if you insert it again during a different session.

If you already have a spreadsheet or other list of your DVDs, BulkEdit can be used to load them all in a matter of a few minutes - after you format the data according to the BulkEdit specifications (XML or CSV). The easiest way to learn the format is to use CSV Export plugin (column export) or Invelos XML Export to create collection.xml. Those are the formats that BulkEdit can understand.
Thanks for your support.
