Collection totals are way off

I have about 1100 DVDs and about 40 Blu-rays.

DVD Profiler is showing 2231 owned and 1238 Blu-Rays.

I ran the newest Database Repair tool referenced in another topic with no change.

Any other way to fix this?

Maybe something weird with the count as.
Add coloumn "count as" in your collection list and sort it with this.
