So I added a new profile - Horror Collection.

I added the contents (8 titles)

I went into Horror Collection -> EDIT -> Box Set Contents

Moved all 8 titles to "Assign" and hit OK.

When I look at the Box Set Contents of the 8 titles, they show "Box set content of: Horror Collection"

...But Horror Collection isn't grouping them together. Horror Collection looks like a standalone profile, the others look like standalone profiles. The only way I can tell they're part of a boxset is by going into the Box Set Contents on each.

All are in "OWNED" and I did try a database repair without luck.

Other boxsets do work, but I noticed this same issue with another horror collection. All profiles exist, they're "Assigned" to this boxset, but they don't appear as part of it (they're scattered in ABC order).

Spider-Man boxset, for example, does show the + which lets me open it up and see the 3 spiderman movies.

hm, those two would have been my first advices.
And I guess you also did restart DVD Profiler, just in cases he somehow "misses" the new situation.

Then frankly I'm at a loss. Can you make a backup of those 9 titles (profiles only) and upload it somewhere or send it to me per email? I'd like to look at them first hand.

What happens if you press the F5 key?
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Could you backup the parent and child profiles, upload the backup file to the internet and share the link?

Just tried the F5 thing and that seems to have done the trick. Not quite sure what wasn't working before on it, but it seems OK for now. If it happens again I'll upload a copy of the backup!
