I've searched the forum, and found a similar problem, but in my case it's the other way round: filtered DVDs are one more than the correct DVD count.
So it seems that one of my DVDs counts as 2, but my collection is 1600-and-something deep, which is why I'm hoping there's a quicker way to find the DVD counting as 2, rather than performing a manual search... the idea makes me sick
Help anybody?

You can sort by disc count: Collection -> Sort By -> Count As -> Descending.

Have you tried a database repair as well?

Well, that would be quite easy: un-check Collection -> Nest Box Sets so the child-profiles don't hide behind their parents, press Ctrl&F1 to have the collection in list mode, now right-click somewhere on the column-headers and choose Show Columns -> Count As. Clicking on the new column-header will toggle between ascending and descending sort so the culprit shows either at the top or bottom of the list.
All this preferably on the "All" tab.

But, and this is a big one, I don't think this will help (try it anyways, takes only a minute) as the "Total DVDs" and the "Filtered" both depend on the "Count As" number so I can't think of any constellation that would show more filtered.

My first steps would be to make a back-up (File -> Backup Database) and a database-repair (Tools -> Options -> Utilities -> Database Repair).

Thanks a lot Mithi, that did the trick

It was the 'Snow White' bluray... that chick had something to hide, shame on her.
