It seems those who have contributed previous releases of the 1991 tv series The Adventures of Tintin cannot agree on the correct Country of Origin. And I'm not quite sure either.

The fact that it's in English and - to the best of my knowledge - was shown first on Canadian TV would suggest that it should be Canada. IMDb lists Ellipse Programme [fr] and Nelvana [ca] as the major production studios. While they list the French company first, that may not mean much.

Does anyone have any insight into this?

I've always understood that the main production was done in Canada but since both are listed, both are correct. We need multiple CoOs !

+1

But I fear that this will be thrown overboard for nested cast group dividers.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
