| | Posted: | | | | can't help to think how happy the Sponsors will be for the Grammys tonight .. their advertising dollars they spent for viewership are and is based on a certain amount of viewers from years past.,, Tonight that ''number'' will be blown out of the water( maybe 4 times more viewers ) .. people who have no interest in the Grammys and have never watched these awards will be watching for any and all mention of her passing.., Those are in my words are the Only people (advertisers) who are smiling today ...... In fact, in almost every poll I have viewed since Aguilera's major fumble at the Super Bowl last year, the top 5 or 3 favorites are by people who sang the song in the traditional manner with Houston being almost always at #1. She is an unforgettable icon of her time. I just listen to her rendition of the US national anthem. Was rather impressive. |
