It looks like I don't get any uppdates on my DVD profiles anymore. When I run Refresh updated profiles the result is always "All DVD profiles is up to date" and have been so for about a month now. I find it hard to believe that none of my profiles has changed in this time span.
Also, when I try to add some new movies on the desktop version I can't find them. But if I scan them in the iOS-version they can be found. For example Whisper of the heart Blu-ray (UPC: 5055201818836). Nowhere to be found in the desktop version, but found in the iOS version.
Anybody had the same problem and know what I can do to fix it? |

| | Posted: | | | | Sounds like your OnlineList.dod and OnlineListSel.dod files may have gotten corrupted. There's a link to download the OnlineList.dod file in the Knowledgebase. You can download the online profile list directly from your browser and save it to your "My Documents\DVD Profiler" directory. The next time you start DVD Profiler, it will automatically import the downloaded file. Download the file by right-clicking on the download link above and selecting "Save Target As". Then, browse to your "My Documents" folder, then into "DVD Profiler" from there. Save the downloaded file. | | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
