As far as I know nothing. It's a bug on  DVDP if you have IE9 installed. Easier method to get it foreground is to click DVDP icon on taskbar.

Or it has something to do with Aero Desktop... Or combination of Aero, IE9 and DVDP. All other programs work correctly.

It is?
I have IE9 installed, Aero is up and running fine ... no problems here.
But that might be because IE9 is not my default-browser.

Check what happens if you choose an alternative (Firefox, Opera, Chrome, etc..) as default browser.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

I noticed this problem right after IE9 installation. It didn't exist before.

IE9 is my default and only browser.

I rather use workaround till Invelos (maybe) fixes this bug in sometime following years

I am a little bit confused because the problem disappeared.

Anyway, IE9 isn't my default browser (but Chrome) and I am on Windows 7 Basic.

It was an intermittent problem when I had a PC with XP and IE and it remains an intermittent problem with my Acer Aspire laptop with Vista 64bit and Firefox.
