I know there is an option to see the Birthyears of Cast & Crew, but i cant find it, where to activate.
The only thing i found was an option do mark the Middlename in a different color.

It's only in the info window. You can't activate it in the list itself AFAIK.

You can see them in a sort of list form in Filters/Cast and Filters/Crew tabs.
They are also shown in goodguys's Cast+ and Crew+ HTML Windows.
