I have a strange problem in DVD profiler.

At first just my "filtered" count was negative (see blue mark i pic), but now also my dvd count is negative (see red mark in pic) (on owner collection). I have other collection also in same database who all have currect count number, but when i hit all, the sum of them all also get a negative small number (but smaller then on owner of cause).

This problem results in a owner collection count with zero on IOS version, when sync.

I have tried many times to repair, but that dosn't correct the problem. Any one with same problem, tip or help plz.

Just kiddin'. Most likely you accidentally entered a high (or is it low in this case?) negative number somewhere in the "Count As".

To find the culprit switch the Collection List to "View As List" with Ctrl&F1. Now right-click on one of the columns and go to "View Columns" and choose "Count As". Left-click on this new column to sort by it and you will find the profile in question at the beginning or end of the list.

PS Just in case it is a child-profile that causes this problem: deselect Collection -> Nest Box Sets to have all profiles visible.
