Collection total number doesn't add up

When I log in to my profiler it says my collection has 1769 purchased DVD's but when I go to my online page only 1757 are numbered.. and some have no numbers now..and I've tried old and new database repair.. but I can't find  the so called missing dvd's

please help

Several possibilities:

1) By default the online collection does not show adult titles (adult is everything above a certain age rating, also Unrated).

2) The offline collection count goes by the "Count As" in the Personalization section, not the number of profiles.
