As far as the Norwegian movies in my collection, I have Buddy, Insomnia, and Elling.

On my wishlist I also have The Bothersome Men, Hawaii Oslo, Monster Thursday and Troubled Water.

If you're looking for Norwegian films, I recommend the 1985 cold war thriller "Orion's Belt." The DVD hasn't been released in the United States that I know of, but is easily purchased at Amazon.com and eBay. Make sure you can play PAL format, which many US homes can, even if they don't know their machines have this feature. (Not sure where you're from, but this information should help if you're not in a PAL country.)

The DVD has separate versions of the film in both English and Norwegian. The Norwegian version is widescreen. The English version framed for television.  The widescreen version has spectacular views of Svalbard, where the story takes place.
