How do people think we should list the cast for these?

Name = Birth Name
Role = Stage Name

or

Name = Credited as
Role = Championship Held

My prefered option would be to use their Birth Name & then their Stage Name as the role with the title they held for the show in brackets.

Per rules you must use as they are credited on the DVD... for common name you use the CLT to see what is the most commonly credited form... unless you can document that the most commonly credited form is something other then what the CLT says.

It has been a while since I watched wrestling... but when I did... while they didn't use standard credits they did  have them credited as they went to the ring. So those credits would be used instead according to the rules.

This is an unfortunate situation that, unless I am mistaken, only happens with wrestling releases, but Pete is correct.  For DVD Profiler purposes, we have to use the name that is given during the event and the role, since none is given, should probably be himself or herself.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.
