| | Posted: | | | | Hi All, I'm very sorry if this question is in the wrong section, but I'm a newbie to DVDProfiler, and I need your help please. I have the UK DVD boxed set release of FRASIER: THE COMPLETE COLLECTION (Barcode Number: 5-014437-116833), but for some reason, it only includes Seasons 2 through 11, omitting Season 1. I've tried refreshing the profile. I've also tried deleting the whole item, and then adding it again, but nothing works. It still omits Season 1. As I don't have a DVD-Rom drive on my laptop, I can't add it to my own database, and I was just wondering if anyone could advise me on what to do to fix this problem, as I can't think that I'm the only person who either has this set, or has encountered this problem. Any help would be very much appreciated.  Thanks in advance, Pooch |

It still omits Season 1. The problem is similar to "Prisoner". The Complete Box has the seasons submitted by DiscID of the respectively first disc of the season. Earlier the first season was submitted by UPC (5014437822338, as Silence stated) and the 4 discs by Disc-ID, so the Disc-ID for season 1 is already used.
