| Posted: | | | | I have contributed a bunch of BR and DVDs lately. On my contribution of Thor (032429-097873), the BluRay header is not automatically added across the top of the cover scan image. On every other recent BR submission I have made, it was there. Some examples: The Killer (065935-834359), Iron Man 2 (032429-085528), Battle of the Warriors (065935-844457).
I have made sure to select Media Type "BluRay", but it doesn't seem to show up for Thor. |

| Posted: | | | | I believe that's a local only option you can set here... --------------- |

| Posted: | | | | Yeah, automatic usually gets you banners on front and back, automatically. I always turn the back ones off locally, but that's just personal preference. Every once in while the banner is part of the front scan, so I turn those off also locally. |

I have made sure to select Media Type "BluRay", but it doesn't seem to show up for Thor. Probably because Thor comes in a slipcover. The automatic option only seems to add one when there is just a case, as that is the only time the case is taller than the scans, thus the BR Banner, to match the actual product better. Paul |

Btw, how are "Blu-ray™ Combo Pack"s with Slip Cover handled? Just tested a couple I own with slipcovers, and when set to automatic or off the header stays off. Clicking on puts a standard header above, but all have a similar banner on the slipcover anyway so it's redundant to have it on. Default settings are correct, header not needed when slipcover present. If the wrong scans are in db that's a different story. |

| Posted: | | | | On a side note; I think the whole banner is moronic. I'm having enough trouble storing the discs, so adding extra plastic and height just to display a BD logo in every single disc is just beyond stupid. But thats just me.
On DVDP i let it display how the program does by default. Though on Thor i'm probably going to remove it. As nowhere on my cover does it say Combo pack. I also have a huge dislike towards huge texts that have nothing to do with the movie. I've left several movies to the store because they had those ugly "digital copy" logos plaster all over the cover (also why i will never buy any Tartan release again). Also my copy (finnish) didn't come with a slip cover. | | | Last edited: by whispering |

| Posted: | | | | Thanks for the all the replies, and yes, that did it. Had to force it for Thor and Terminator Salvation. All others were set to Automatic and set it automatically.
Whispering : Yes, I prefer the more streamlined BR case, a good cm shorter than the DVD case. However, I do have to say I prefer the BR header in DVDP as it makes it much faster to see if I own the movie in BR or DVD. I usually know off the top of my head, but gettin' older.... |
