| | Posted: | | | | Can anyone tell me why sometimes no "rotten tomatoes" or "metacritic" score is shown, when a valid review is available and correctly entered under "profiler links"? For example "A Cinderella Story" (EAN/UPC 5051890019233):  A metacritic reviw is available, http://www.metacritic.com/movie/a-cinderella-storyand entered as a profile link:  For other movies it works like intended... Funnily when clicking on the DVDProfiler Online Ratings icon I get forwarded to the results (306 ratings, average 4.23/5) | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!

Reviews show properly for my test of this title. Check the locality for yours via DVD->Change Locality. What's shown? Also, does this title show correctly via Add by Title, including matching locality? As Lewis_Prothero wrote, locality is Germany and it shows correctly via Add by Title. Clicking on the symbols works (I get to the right pages at RT and MC and also the Online Ratings) but the numbers next to them are not shown for this title. | | | Recently bought films:

| | Posted: | | | | I just updated to 3.8.1, build 1535, and now *none* of the ratings scores for Rotten Tomatoes or Metacritic show up. They did work before the upgrade -- I had been using 3.7.x, I think. I'm on Win7 64 bit.
My locality is United States. When I click on the buttons, it does take me to the proper page for the disc.
Any thoughts? Anyone else having this issue?

| | Posted: | | | | Nevermind, guys. Once I ran an "Add DVD to Collection" session, all the links started working again.
The whole thing is kind of odd. I did try rebooting DVD Profiler, and then rebooting my machine; neither worked. Somehow adding DVDs did the trick. I'll take it!
