Good day,

I have a problem. I export my database into the file and transfer the collection.xml with an FTP program on the server. Where do I start an update through the web interface. This leads to mistakes and I do not know what to do. Please help me.

Sounds like you have two empty phantom profiles in your collection.
Maybe this article helps

I have to say that I have never seen more than one blank profile ID in an XML file before.

If you are unable to get your problem resolved using Tom's suggestion, I would be happy to take a look at the XML file to see if there is some non-obvious problem ...

Good luck
