Hi, so I entered my entire collection into Profiler, then loaded them online and then I went to my Mac computer which is the only one hooked up to a printer and I printed my online list so I could alphabetize them all, alphabetized them and then found I had 20 or so blu-rays that I must have missed somehow. Went back to my Windows laptop and tried entering them and Profiler told me I already had them so I checked and many are not uploading online, for example #372, The Hangover and #287 Hancock.

What am I missing here? thanks

Oops, nevermind. That wouldn't be the problem then..

It is probably a ratings problem. If they have a certain rating and you don't have your online collection checked to show those, they won't be visible online.

Go to Online Collection. Make sure that visibility is set to Public and that Adult Titles are checked in both places.

If it isn't the problem that Katatonia described the solution to:
Open DVD Profiler
Highlight the profiles in question (one by one)
Press "CTRL + P" and make sure that neither "Hide from public listing" nor "Hide from private listing" are flagged.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

That was it, thank you. So what constitutes an adult title? I though adult titles were porn and I don't have any porn "ordered" or "wishlist" so I only had "owned" checked in the "show in public listings. I just went ahead and checked em all as well as "adult" checked in show in private listing.  I only checked a few but it looks like they are all there now, thanks again.

One more quick one, in the alphabetical listing 'Dog Day Afternoon' is between 'Apollo 13' and 'Armageddon'........what is up with that?

After correcting the Sort Title locally, did you re-update your online collection? If it is still showing as sorted improperly online, clear your browser cache.

Its out of order in DVD Profiler so online as well. Maybe t thinks "dog day" is a "The" Afternoon.

What is the UPC # of the edition of "Dog Day Afternoon" in your collection? I'll add it to my collection and see if it doesn't sort properly for me as well.

I just downloaded the Blu-ray edition of "Dog Day Afternoon" UPC #085391136880 to my collection and it sorts in the "A"s because the sort title is:

Après-midi de chien, Un ( 2 )

Highlight "Dog Day Afternoon" in your Collection Window in DVD Profiler and right-click on it and select "Personalize...". Change the Sort Title from Après-midi de chien, Un ( 2 ) to Dog Day Afternoon and click OK. Re-sort your collection and then re-upload to online.

Now the next question is did you add the correct version of DDA to your system. Sounds to me like you, at the very least. downloaded a French Canadian Profile, which as 8Ball noted was why it was loading in the A's. Make sure you are after the correct copy by matching your UPC against the files.
ASSUME NOTHING!!!!!!
CBE, MBE, MoA and proud of it.
