Are these "downloads" for new titles that you are adding to your collection or are they profile updates to titles already in your collection? If they are profile updates to titles already in your collection then you might have locks placed on those titles which prevents them from being updated. Right click on one of the affected titles and check your locks to see if the Cast/Crew or any other fields are locked. You'll need to unlock those fields to update them.
