When I uploaded my collection from the online database, the dvd cover images are not showing.  Any help is appreciated.

One way this can happen is if your profiles all have 'local' covers only. Did you create you own profiles from scratch, without 'contributing' them to the collective database?

This is a process that is distinct from uploading for purposes of sharing of your own collection or making a backup.

Do you mean "I uploaded my collection to my online-list?

In that case one or two UPCs as example would be nice.

Or did you create your own profiles (e.g. manual profiles) that are not part of the online-database?
In that case you are indeed out of luck. While the online-list holds all data uploaded from your DVD Profiler and shows most of it[1], the covers always come from the online-database. So if a profile isn't in the online-database with a cover it won't show in your online-list.

[1] Personal data (place of purchase and such) isn't shown, but it is uploaded. So the online-list can be an additional(!) safe-guard against losing your collection, but local backups are the better choice.

the only cover images in on line data is what is now physically attached to said UPC/ID disc ..

any of your own will be the default 'no image' .. or....  any improvements to your images such as contrast/ shading  or cropping will not be adjusted for.. unless submitted / approved / and added to said data base would then be the 'now default'  image for all to see and attach to their library of UPC/ Disc ID identity..

If you mean that you restored your local collection by transferring the online contents to your computer (that's called downloading - it's transferring "down" to your computer), then click on the "All" tab to view all profiles, press "Ctrl-A" to flag everything, then select "Collection > Flagged > Refresh".

By default, it will only try to refresh the profile. If you want to refresh all the images, set the checkbox for "Refresh images" and uncheck the box for "Refresh profiles" (if desired).
