So, looking over the list of available countries of origin, it seems I am lacking films from only three of them.  Can anyone recommend films available on DVD that were produced in any of the following countries:

Estonia
Malaysia
Portugal

Thanks in advance!

For Portugal this two links may help:
Movies of Portugal (some facts about moviemaking in Portugal + some recommended features from every episode)

List of Portuguese submissions for the Academy Award

For Malaysia you may want to take a look at this one:

It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

That list does take care of finding a Portuguese film, thanks Silence.

And the other two look quite good ... but don't seem to have a US release.  I probably should have said that anything must be Region 1 or 0.  I don't have a region free player.

Maybe this helps. There are 8 films of Manuel de Oliveira with a US release to be found under Director.

Criterion released a DVD of Pedro Costa films.

Yeah, between the lists Silence left, and the Oliveira and Costa stuff, that covers Portugal.

Anything with a US release from Malaysia or Estonia?

Sügisball from Estonia has a US release. Klass (from Ilmar Raag) is also an ok movie, but I don't know if there's a US or region 0 release.

Cool, thanks Railroaded!  Between those and Sugisball, that's several options for Estonia.

Anyone for R1 releases for Malaysia?

The Malay Chronicles, which is a Malaysian film, is getting a US release on Sept. 6, 2011 as Clash of Empires.

Edit: I just noticed this is the same movie posted by Silence_of_Lambs

That's great!  I'm glad to know what the English title.  I looked up the Malaysian title on Amazon and all I got was a PAL release.
