| | Posted: | | | | Unfortunately, I never used the feature Hal spoke of. Many years ago I set a tag that says "Never Watched" and upon entry into the DB I check the tag for those I have never seen. When I finally get around to watching one of them, I go to the personal tab and uncheck that tag. - select all profiles with the tag "Never Watched"
- flag all selected profiles
- invert flags
- set Last Watched for all flagged profiles

I thought of another scenario for you. I don't know how large your collection is, but you could make 1 trip through your entire collection and flag either the ones you have watched or the ones you have not, whichever is the smaller number, then follow Hans' suggestion to put a fictional date on those you have watched, thus creating a list you can sort. | | | | Marty - Registered July 10, 2004, User since 2002. |

I considered using the date that I completed the entire boxset... but in my eyes that just don't seem right As I see the parent profile as no more then the packaging... and it just don't apply. | | | | Pete |

"Watch DVD" becomes "Watch Box". | | | | Hans |

The only difference is I really don't care that giving it a date is somehow "wrong". When I watch a movie, I mark it as loaned to watched. It is never returned unless I unmark it. Then I found a 3 column report with dvd number and name and added the loaned to field after the name. I can sort the list anyway I want which is usually alpha or by dvd number and print it. It shows the word watched next to each DVD I have marked as loaned to watched. I love it! Finally I can tell which movies I have watched. |

Finally I can tell which movies I have watched. For the life of me I don't understand why you would use the loan function in this way when DVD Profiler already has a function to track watched DVDs  . When you want a report for "unwatched" all you would have to do is filter your collection in the personal tab and select the "not" radio button in the "watched status" section. This will display only titles you haven't watched yet. When running a report, just select "as filtered" and that will print all of your unwatched DVDs. | | | | My WebGenDVD online Collection |
