Why won't my Front Image or Back Image in Layout expand/enlarge when clicked?

When I click on any Front Image or Back Image in my collection, the image in the resulting "Full Size Image" window is even SMALLER than the Front Image or Back Image in my Layout.  When clicked, these used to EXPAND/ENLARGE as high as my laptop screen allows . . . as in the word "Full" in "Full Size Image".

What is going on???  How do I fix?  I've already tried Tools >Options>Utilities >Repair Profile Database

Thanks

Try Tools --> Options --> Display

Lower left, there is DVD Cover image quality. Make sure high quality is selected.

If that setting is ok, and you still have small images, then try Online --> refresh all images.

If the images are not refreshing, right click on a title where refresh fails. Then select Lock, and verify that cover images is not selected.

When you have the Full Size Image window open, right click on the Photo and switch the Stretch to Fit setting.  That ought to fix you up.
Get the CSVExport and Database Query plug-ins here.
