| Posted: | | | | Another small question about studios.
For a television series box set, the copyright lists BBC Worldwide as copyright holder on the packaging. Starting the disc the first thing is a copyright notice of 2 entertain, which makes clear they did the packaging and content. Also on the keep cases in the box set it says that 2 entertain are the distributors under licence.
Obviously both should be included in the media companies section, but I am confused about the order. I would say that 2 entertain would be the first as they made the packaging and contents and BBC Worldwide would come second.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me? |

| Posted: | | | | I believe the order you stated would be right:
2 Entertain - Publisher BBC Worldwide - Licensor
(2 Entertain would also be the Distributor, but would not be listed twice.) |

| Posted: | | | | Not being familiar with these companies, I have no idea which company did what, but the rules are quite clear in the order...Publisher, Licensor then Distributor. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever. If someone from across the pond has a different take I will, of course, defer to their local knowledge. | | | No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
