Better yet: why don't you provide documentation to support your assumption that she's not! You know as well as I do that it's hard extremely to prove things like this when we're not talking about major stars. But all the signs point towards this being the same Liz Banks: it's a British actress, it's smallish British TV-show, the credit falls in a period that she's still active, and in a period where she's doing similar smallish TV-roles. Also, the IMDb-page you've referred to shows that she's exclusively going by "Liz" the last few years. Again: all signs point in this direction. You, on the other hand, have nothing substantial to claim that it isn't the same Liz Banks - just the fact that her IMDb-page omits the credit because nobody got around to adding the full cast for that season of 'Blue Murder' yet.
