I ordered a Complete TV Series set today....

When I downloaded the profile it was set as...

Title: She-Wolf of London: Love and Curses
Edition: The Complete Series

I already made a contribution to move "The Complete Series" to the title field per rules. But I have been questioning the title. As it is a 2 season series. But the title changed for season 2....

Season 1:
Title:  She-Wolf of London
Episodes: 14

Season 2:
Title:  Love and Curses
Episodes: 6

I am not saying the title there now is wrong... or not completely wrong. Something just don't seem right to me about it. Not sure what. The only thing I can come up with is that the way the title is now..

Title: She-Wolf of London: Love and Curses: The Complete Series

... it looks like a title/subtitle deal. But not sure how it should be done... if any different.

Maybe...

Title: She-Wolf of London / Love and Curses: The Complete Series

so it looks like 2 different titles instead of one long title? Or maybe I am just over-thinking the whole thing and it is fine as is?

Thoughts?

With your explanation this seems to be correct. Without the name-change in season 2 it would have been:

She-Wolf of London - love and curses: The Complete Series
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Actually we always use colons for subtitles... but that is neither here nor there in this topic.

This is the way I would do it myself Pete. It's like if it would be two different movies on a disc, we use "/" to seperate movie titles in a case like this and not ":".

I went ahead and resubmitted with the title change as it seems more correct to me as well. But I will continue to watch this thread for other thoughts on the matter.

Actually it is.
Without the name change in season 2 the "love and curses" would either have been a subtitle or a tagline. Means either use a colon or omit it.

But as I said already, this would only be of relevance if "love and curses" wouldn't have been the name for the second season. So your approach seems to be correct.
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

Exactly... but at first you had it as a dash... not a colon.

But that is of no matter now.

Anyway... I did contribute the new title. We will see what happens what (if any) the votes are.

"love and curses"

Keep in mind that, per the rules, we user "proper" title capitalisation for 'Love and Curses' rather than copying capitalisation from the cover. I'm sure Pete has done that correctly, but I'm finding that certain users still occasionally make that mistake.

Yeah... I have it as the proper title capitalization. As of yet no votes on it. May be something not many people around here have.
