I want to know if there is a way to keep same # after you download to your collection, What I mean is I put the profile in a while ago, when I did there was no profile for the movie, today I checked and sure enough there it was, I tried to get the new profile to match the same# but it just went to the next one in my profiler, I want to download the profile to match the old# It is in the middle of my collection, any help will be helpful

Two ways:

1) You download the new profile and change the collection number in the Personalize section (CTRL-P)

2) You take the old profile, change UPC and Locality in the DVD menu and then update the profile via the Online menu.

Is there a reason you're keeping the old profile? Do you need 2 separate ones? If you don't need two profiles for the same movie, you could take the old profile, change the UPC to the new one and just update the profile so that it gets the information from the profile in the database. This would overwrite your old scans/cast/crew/etc. information, though it would keep your personal information.

Otherwise, I believe you can't reuse the same number while it is still in use. You'll have to delete the old profile/collection number first before you can reuse that collection number. You can remove the collection number in the personal information section of the edit profile screen.

Edit: Karsten was faster!

Actually, you can. The collection number doesn't need to be unique.

You can have as many #7 movies as you like (Se7en, Seven Samurai, Caucasian Female and the Seven Vertically Impaired Men, ...  )
