How would you enter these credits, the screen is split with New York on the left and London on the right (the entire end credits scroll like this)

Some opening credits (Costume Design and Production Design) are also split New York & London

This is how i have entered them but not sure if dividers should be used? (obviously there are local only credits here)

London. Why? Anthony Hopkins is more important.

I would have used a divider for each city and placed the crew under that.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.
The Centauri learned this lesson once.
We will teach it to them again.
Though it take a thousand years, we will be free.

That sounds reasonable.

I'm not sure how I'd deal with this best. I'm tempted, as it seems there are also crew that aren't placed under a city header, to use group dividers for the cities in each category.
Though I'd have no objection to using episode dividers I'm not sure it represents the credits as accurately as group dividers would, though I may be wrong about that.
