As I've been watching and auditing the profiles for all the Godzilla movies I've had had a few discussions with members on two topics I wanted to get a wider opinion on as people seem to different opinions on.

First,  Toho is credited as "Toho Co., LTD.".  Everyone agrees LTD. is a suffix and should not be entered.  All good there.  As for the "Co." people seem split on it.  Some saying only LTD is a suffix as show by being after the comma while others say Co. is a suffix also.

The second is all of the Classic Media releases have both the original release and the us release.  The profiles are split with some being only profiling the Japanese release treating the two movies under the "two versions of the same movie" (seem to be trying to apply the run time rule to credits) and profiling only the original release.  Some are treated as two different movies on the same DVD with dividers for the credits for each movie.    For that I've just been keeping whichever is there currently entered.

I've always considered the name of the company to be Toho Company, similar to the Ladd Company.
As to the second bit: personally I would credit only one version of the film (is either version presented as a bonus?) but the guidelines don't really cover this apart from telling us to use dividers for "distinct films" only, and I wouldn't class these as "distinct films."

For the first question, I'm inclined to go with Toho. Their website reads as Toho Web site:
http://www.toho.co.jp/

On the web site itself it says (sorry, I can only post the romanization): "Toho kabukigaisha", literally meaning: Toho Company Ltd.:
- kabu = shares (kabugi = a company that is on the stock market. Could be translated as Inc or Ltd)
- gaisha comes from kaisha = Company
That part after Toho in Japanese is a standard expression, like Ltd, Inc etc in English.Therefor, I would stick with only the Toho part.

Just my 2 cents.

As for the second question, I would treat it as two movies and seperate them with a divider, but that's purely based on personal preference

For the first part I also see it like this.

For the second part I also think these are different versions of the same movie.

I'd be inclined to treat them as two different movies; in extreme cases the casts are quite different.
"This movie has warped my fragile little mind."
