I have a US release marked rating E - Exempt from classification.
It's a concert DVD with Celtic Thunder (UPC 602527608181).
Should rating be listed as Not Rated or left blank?

Not rated as it sounds like it never was.
Looking up Celtic Thunder on filmratings.com shows nothing, so unless there's a title that doesn't include the band name, it was never sent to the MPAA.
If a title without the name, check it on filmratings.com, if nothing shows up, it was never rated.

I have only seen "Exempt from classification" on UK DVDs. I suppose either the company used the same cover worldwide or your DVD isn't a US release at all.

Australia has an E - Exempt from classification rating as well as the U.K. Unfortunately we don't have the ability in profiler to enter it that way either, so I use the NR classification. Here's two of my train DVD's I use it for.

Highland Rail Festival 2003

All Regions

Released: 1/28/2010

Anamorphic 1.78:1

Sir Nigel Gresley on the Mainline

All Regions

Released: 12/30/1899

Anamorphic 1.78:1

In the end; Winning is the only safety.

Locally I use NR, and put "Exempt from Classification" in the rating details.

A Dutch DVD distributor Weton-Wesgram uses this 'Rating' as well. I always handle this rating as NR.

Definitely a US release. And I haven't seen it released in R2 land... Yes, it's strange.
