This is caused by WebRoot misidentifying the setup program as a different program.  You'll need to temporarily disable your scanner to do the install or restart your computer in safe mode.  For those experiencing the problem, you may also wish to report this to WebRoot so they can correct the problem.

I have also a problem to install version 3.7.2.
During the installation, I receive this message :

C:\program files\DVDprofiler\dvdpro.exe
An error had occured while trying to replace the existing file :
DeleteFile failed ; code 32
The process cannot access the file, because the file is used by another process.

I tried by closing all programs, restart the computer, completely remove DVDprofiler before installing. Nothing works.

I'm under windows XP. The DVDprofiler version on my PC is 3.6.

Gnome, did you try starting your computer in Safe Mode and then installing DVDP?
