| | Posted: | | | | hi there, i had me a new installation of my win xp pro and all programs, because i upgraded my pc. anything worked fine so far, got the backup of my collection imported etc.. ...but: the movietrailer-button is not activated anymore, i searched the help, faq etc, but cannot find a solution for that problem. it would be great, if someone, who may have an idea for fixing this problem, could give me an advice.  thanks for your time, reading this post. best regards and have nice sunday evening. andré |

| | Posted: | | | | yes, the button is there. but its not colored as it used to be... and also if i open the menu "online" there is the "view trailers" function, but its deactivated, wich means colored in grey instead of black... and its not clickable. its not my firewall, dvdprofiler have all access to the internet... so i dont know why this happened...  |
